We take great pride in designing and creating high-quality wooden pellets fuel experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

• Returns
  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact our customer service team at info@sdl-pellets.co.uk or through our return/ contact page to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
• Refunds
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
• Replacements
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number for a swift resolution.
• Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the replacement item promptly.
• Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
